Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this policy limits cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
3. Next Chapter Coaching — 12-Week Program
Next Chapter Coaching is a 12-week private coaching program that includes six (6) individual 60-minute coaching sessions.
Program Investment
Clients may select one of the following payment options: *pricing shared on call.
- Pay in full.
- Payment plan.
For the payment plan, installments are scheduled at enrollment, four weeks after enrollment, and eight weeks after enrollment.
Payment arrangements must be agreed upon before the program begins.
Scheduling and Attendance
Sessions are generally scheduled approximately every other week during the 12-week program.
Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
A session missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as a completed session for cancellation and refund calculations. One courtesy exception will be available for a genuine emergency.
Any extension beyond the original program period requires mutual written agreement.
Early Termination and Refunds
Clients may request early termination of their program by providing written notice.
If the program ends before all six sessions have been delivered, the value of completed sessions will be calculated by dividing the client’s contracted program price by six and multiplying that amount by the number of sessions completed.
Any payments received in excess of the amount earned for completed sessions, plus any applicable agreed charges for missed or late-canceled sessions, will be refunded.
If payments received are less than the value of services already delivered, the client remains responsible for the unpaid earned balance, subject to applicable law.
Future installments for services not delivered will not become due solely because the client terminates early.
Refunds due will be issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after the final amount is determined, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If Jen Healey Creative, LLC is unable to deliver the remaining contracted sessions, the client will be offered a mutually acceptable alternative arrangement or a refund for services not delivered.
4. Marketing and Creative Consulting Services
Marketing strategy, branding, creative services, design, and related consulting projects may involve customized work, project milestones, and third-party expenses.
Payment schedules, cancellation terms, refunds, and ownership of deliverables will be defined in the applicable written consulting agreement or project proposal.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees for completed services and previously approved nonrecoverable third-party expenses remain payable, subject to applicable law.
Any prepaid amounts attributable to services not performed will be addressed under the applicable written agreement and relevant legal requirements.
5. Digital Products and Downloadable Resources
Complimentary digital resources are provided at no charge.
Any future paid digital products, courses, or downloadable materials will have their applicable refund terms disclosed before purchase.
This policy does not establish a blanket no-refund rule for digital products.
6. Payment Processing
Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method.
Actual posting times may vary depending on the payment processor and financial institution.
7. Exceptions and Applicable Law
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights, cancellation rights, or refund protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
